30. Connected with Jesus Forever!

Dear Friend,

You have successfully completed the 30 Days to Connect with Jesus. I am so glad you hung in there, and have filled your mind with these wonderful truths. You have learned the secrets of experiencing a life filled with joy, peace, and love. The new life that Jesus offers us is a free gift. Our part is to believe it, accept it and apply the spiritual principles to our every day lives. Loving and trusting Jesus is the most precious experience you can have in this life. It is my prayer that you have made a vital connection with Jesus, and that you intend to nurture this relationship for the rest of your life.

Now that you are a child of God, you are privileged to claim all the precious promises in His Word as if they were given just for you. The Holy Spirit promises to be your ever present guide and counselor, to give you strength and victory over the devil.

It is so important to realize that your new nature needs spiritual food to keep it strong and healthy. That is why you need to read your Bible every day. Give God the first moments of your day in a special time of prayer and Bible study. Seek out the fellowship of other Bible-believing Christians. Get involved in sharing God's love with others.

Jesus is your very best Friend. Keep Him with you all day long. As you admire Him and learn about Him in His Word, you will become like Him in character.

Every one who will receives eternal life will understand these basic principles we have shared, because this is the gospel that God has entrusted to mankind. These are the truths that the Holy Spirit teaches us as we read the Word of God. As we come to experience the gospel of salvation, God puts the desire in our hearts to share it with others. That’s why I have shared it with you, and now God wants you to share it with others, also.

Jesus said, “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.” Matthew 24:14. Jesus wants to come and take us home with Him. Are you longing for that day?

I invite you to participate in taking this gospel of the kingdom to the world. Whatever and wherever your sphere of influence may be, you have the opportunity to invite others to enter the kingdom of heaven. One of the ways you can do that is by sharing this 30 Days to Connect with Jesus  program. By emailing a personal invitation to those on your email list, or those you talk with, you will be helping to fulfill the gospel commission.

I also invite you to encourage others by your words of praise to Jesus for what He has done for you. You may send me an email that I can place in the Testimonial section, or you can make your own post on the Wordkeeping forum. These encouraging statements are very helpful to others who are considering a closer walk with Jesus. When they read about your joy in Jesus, it creates a desire in their hearts to find the same thing. I know for myself, the reason I’m a Christian today was because of the vibrant testimony of some young people who were excited about Jesus. Their enthusiasm inspired a desire in my own heart to have what they had found.

Thank you so much for letting me share the love of Jesus with you! I leave you with these precious promises, a special love gift from Jesus to you.
